larratt married irene machen in 1949 they was married for 44yrs and had 7 children called david,alan,lorraine,thomas,andrew,micheal and paul they lived at 107 greengate lane high green.larratt worked as a coal miner and at charlton iron works and retired at the age of .he enjoed rabbiting with his friends and sons.he also ejoyed a couple of pints at the crossfield pub in high green.he enjoyed having his grandchildren round and them stopping the night.he ended up getting ulcers and ended up with prostate cancer and sadely passed away at home in 1997 with adenocaranoma of the stomach
